It’s a good policy to protect access to your router administration page to anybody but you.
You must first configure this acces from the router’s own Lan.
And then acces will be granted to you.
For more details, read this tutorial, it’s in french, but i’m sure you’ll translate it and publish it in English, many thanks for that.
The tutorial has been published long ago and is based on Livebox 3
